- Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of full payment. (Non-Refundable)
- Booking can be transferred to a different date
- If the arrival date is under 4 weeks then the full amount is payable upon booking.
- Once the final payment is received, you will be informed of arrival instructions.
- All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and their loss shall be refunded on demand, however minor breakages will not normally be charged if small and reported.
- In NO circumstances may more than the maximum number of (2) persons stated occupy a hut. Exceptions for infants may be made, please contact us to discuss this
- Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if the condition is not observed.
- Bookings are only accepted on condition that the holiday maker will not claim compensation for loss of holiday should the owners have to cancel the booking in which case the deposit will be returned in full.
- Please note the accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of the booking, upon full payment.
- Arrival: The key will be available from 3pm
- Departure: The hut must be vacated no later than 11am on departure day.
- All bedding and towels are provided but we ask you to bring your own towels for beach use.
- Electricity and heating are inclusive.
- All guests could be made to pay charges for any damages/extreme mess left behind.
- The hut is strictly no smoking.
- Any guests found breaking the rule will be asked to leave.
